Description

The proposed development includes 139 residential units (134 detached single-family and five large, estate lots), associated roadways and infrastructure, as well as detention basins and manufactured slopes on approximately 68.26 acres. North Ranch is proposed west of Gabbert Road and north of Poindexter Avenue and the future alignment of North Hills Parkway.

Environmental Review

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) has been prepared to analyze any potentially significant environment impacts.

Mitigated Negative Declaration 

On September 22, 2022, the Draft MND will be published for public review, which was available until October 24, 2022 for public comment. (State Clearinghouse No. 2022090401). The public comment period has since closed.
