General Plan 2050 Update - Notice of Availability for the Moorpark General Plan 2050 Program Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR). The City of Moorpark has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Moorpark General Plan 2050 (State Clearinghouse No. 2022050327) to address the potential environmental effects associated with implementation of the project. The DEIR will be available for a 45-day public review from Thursday, December 22, 2022, through 4:00 P.M. on Monday, February 6, 2023.

North Ranch Residential Project - Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the development of 134 single-family homes (single- and two-story) and five future single family homes on estate lots (for a total of 139 single-family homes) on 68 acres of mostly vacant land in the northwestern portion of the City. (Assessor Parcel Numbers [APNs] 5110- 190-285 and 5110-190-305). The Project includes Residential Planned Development No. 2016-02, General Plan Amendment No. 2016-02, Zoning Clearance No. 2016-02, Development Agreement No. 2016-02, and Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 5847.
