The proposed Specific Plan includes the development of 138 residential units (133 detached single-family and five large, estate lots), associated roadways and infrastructure, as well as detention basins and manufactured slopes on approximately 68.26 acres. Moorpark 67 is proposed west of Gabbert Road and north of Poindexter Avenue and the future alignment of North Hills Parkway.
