Description

Proposed mixed-use development, including 79 residential rental units and 14,471 square feet of ground floor commercial retail space.  The proposed site would also include surface parking, hard and landscaping, and a central community green space.  For more information about the project, please contact Karen Vaughn, Community Development Director, at kvaughn@moorparkca.gov.

The project scope was further redesigned to 79 residential units,13,628 square feet of commercial space, and 137 on-site parking spaces.

The project was approved by the City Council on October 7, 2020.
