NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Director has determined this project to be Categorically Exempt in accordance with 15301 (Class 1: Existing Facilities) of the California Code of Regulations (CEQA Guidelines). No further environmental documentation is required.

Entitlement: Industrial Planned Development No. 2017-02 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2017-02

Applicant: Mike Bennett (for Fence Factory)

OWNER: Bennett Partnership

Proposal: Allow a sales office, showroom, fabrication shop, and outdoor storage of fencing supplies and portable toilets on a 2.65 acre lot.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Director has prepared or supervised the preparation of an Initial Study to assess the potential significant impacts of this project.  Based upon the Initial Study, the Director has determined that there is no substantial evidence that the project or any of its aspects may cause a significant effect on the environment and has prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration for Planning Commission review and consideration before making a recommendation on the project.

NOTICE OF CONTINUANCE OF OPEN PUBLIC HEARING

Duly noticed public hearing regarding:

Consider a Resolution Recommending Approval to the City Council of Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 5437 and a One-Year Extension of Residential Planned Development 2004-05 for 21 Residential Lots and 1 Open Space Lot on Approximately 42.4 Acres on the East Side of Walnut Canyon Road at Championship Drive, on the Application of Birdsall Group, LLC. 

was held at a regular meeting on August 28, 2018, at which time the Planning Commission continued the open public hearing to a Regular Planning Commission meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on November 27, 2018, in the Community Center located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
