NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, and Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.

that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), an Initial Study and a Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration have been prepared for the project in compliance with CEQA and City Policy.  Comments on the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration may be submitted from October 2, 2017 to November 3, 2017.  Comments on the Mitigated Negative Declaration should be submitted to Joseph Fiss, Economic Development and Planning Manager, at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, CA 93021, or   This project site does not appear on any of the lists enumerated under Section 65962.5 of the Government Code including, but not limited to lists of hazardous waste facilities, land designated as hazardous waste property, and hazardous waste disposal sites.
