Libby, by OverDrive 

Borrow ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines to read on your phone, tablet, or web browser using Libby. You can even send and read your borrowed ebooks to your Kindle e-reader (U.S. only)!

In early 2023, the OverDrive app will be discontinued. We encourage you to switch to Libby, the newer reading app. Click here if you currently use the legacy OverDrive app and need assistance switching to Libby.

You can use your Moorpark City Library card to borrow titles from these partner libraries on Libby:

  • Alhambra Civic Center Library
  • Beaumont Library District
  • Beverly Hills Public Library
  • Buena Park Library District
  • Camarillo Public Library
  • Redondo Beach Public Library
  • San Bernardino Public Library
  • Torrance Public Library
  • Whittier Public Library

To access partner libraries on Libby:

  1. Open Libby and select "Menu"
  2. Then select "Add Libraries" and type in any of the libraries listed above
  3. Then select "Sign In With My Card" and select Moorpark City Library
  4. Enter your library card information
