You may pay online at www.CitationProcessingCenter.com, by mail, or in person at City Hall, located at 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, CA 93021, at the front counter, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (closed on alternating Fridays).

If you make a payment by mail, please send the correct amount of penalty in the form of a money order, cashier's check, or personal check, payable to the City of Moorpark.  Please DO NOT SEND CASH!  Enclose the parking violation with your payment.  Write your citation number on your payment. THERE WILL BE A $25 SERVICE CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS.

TO RESPOND TO THE CITATION:

The registered owner or lessee of the vehicle may submit a written appeal online within 21 days of the date the citation was issued to  www.CitationProcessingCenter.com or mail it with any supporting information to the address noted above (supporting documents will not be returned).  Your payment or appeal request must be received within 21 days of the date the citation was issued. 

*if you were cited for parking in a disabled parking space (No Permit/Placard displayed -CVC 22507.8 (A)) and you have a current valid disabled placard, submit a copy of your current DMV issued placard registration, a copy of the placard and your DMV issued identification by going online to www.CitationProcessingCenter.com within 21 days of the citation date (CVC 40226).
