For groups of 25 or more at Arroyo Vista Park and 15 or more at all other parks
For any profit or fee-based activities, including sports league games or practices
For attractions, performers, caterers or other paid service providers
To set up equipment including but not limited to soccer goals, canopies, or pitching machines
For use of amplified sound
For commercial filming
For exclusive use of a park facility
