The Moorpark Beach Bus provides two trips to Harbor Cove Beach, located next to the Ventura Harbor Village Shopping Center, July 7, 2020 through August 13, 2020. Due to COVID-19, there is a limit of 26 passengers per trip (approximately half of the regular passenger capacity). All passengers must wear a mask/face shield in order to board the bus, and masks must be worn at all times while passengers are on the bus. Fares have been suspended in 2020, so Beach Bus rides this year are free!
The Beach Bus Schedule is as follows:
The Moorpark Beach Bus is open to the general public. These are unsupervised general transportation services. The bus has storage space for beach accessories such as folding chairs, coolers, back packs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards. All Moorpark transit route rules apply: no smoking, eating, or drinking is allowed. Rude or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Arrival and departure times are approximate, and riders are encouraged to assemble at the bus stops ten minutes prior to departure. Please remember to maintain social distancing while waiting for and boarding the bus. Riders who are late or miss the bus will need to find their own alternate transportation back to Moorpark.
