Watch the May 15 Public Workshop on the High Street Depot Development

On May 15, the City Council hosted a public workshop to learn about and provide input on the proposed High Street Depot development project.  The purpose of the workshop was to gather public and City Council feedback on the proposal early on in the planning process, before plans were finalized.  No City Council action was taken at the workshop.

As of the workshop date, the proposed project included the development of seven buildings along High Street, consisting of three commercial buildings and four mixed-use buildings with both commercial and residential uses.  As proposed, the project included 91 residential rental units, 13,656 square feet of commercial/retail space, 139 on-site parking spaces, and a large community green space.
