NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Director has determined this project to be Categorically Exempt in accordance with 15301 (Class 1: Existing Facilities) of the California Code of Regulations (CEQA Guidelines). No further environmental documentation is required.

The Planning Commission in their deliberation could approve the project, deny, or approve the project in an alternative form.
