NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Director has determined this project to be Categorically Exempt in accordance with 15301 (Class 1: Existing Facilities) of the California Code of Regulations (CEQA Guidelines). No further environmental documentation is required. 

Entitlement: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 2019-04 

Applicant: Terry Baker (for Angry Ferret Brewing Company, LLC)

Owner: Michael Lerch          

Proposal:  Allow the operation of a brewery producing beer for on-site and off-site consumption within an approximately 5,200 square-foot industrial building.

The Planning Commission in their deliberation could approve the project, deny, or approvthe project in an alternative form.  If you challenge the proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
