NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Director determined that this project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1: Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. Therefore, no further environmental documentation is required.
Members of the public who want to participate in the meeting may do so in person or may participate electronically, via e-mail or via Zoom.

Applicant: Milan Capital Management, Inc.
Proposal: A request to allow a drive-through restaurant (The Habit Burger Grill) in a proposed 2,863 square-foot suite within an existing 5,018 square-foot commercial building, and a 400 square-foot outdoor patio, in an existing shopping center, located at 146 Los Angeles Avenue.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to California State law, the City Council adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) on July 18, 2007, that analyzed the environmental impacts associated with the development of the 200 unit residential multi-family project. The MND determined that there are no significant impacts with the inclusion of specific mitigation measures identified in the MND Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. The proposed amendments to the Development Agreement do not present any new or additional environmental impacts. Therefore, the project remains consistent with the previously-adopted MND and no further environmental documentation is required.
