NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Moorpark, California, on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Director has determined this project to be Categorically Exempt in accordance with Section 15315 (Class 15: Minor Land Divisions) of the California Code of Regulations (CEQA Guidelines). No further environmental documentation is required

Entitlement: Tentative Parcel Map No. 2019-01

Applicant: Bret B. Bernard

Owner:  Milan Tuscany, LLC

Proposal: A request to subdivide a 6.95 acre developed parcel into seven parcels.

Entitlement: Modification No. 1 to Conditional Use Permit No. 2014-02

Proposal: A proposal to add a Beer Garden and additional storage and production space for an existing brewery.  The proposal also requests to revise the CUP operating hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm to 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, with an additional closing hour up to 12:00 am for special events (up to 20 per year).
