City Hall Hours

The City's 9/80 work schedule expands business hours Mondays through Thursdays to allow us to serve customers a half hour earlier and later four days per week. However, City Hall is then closed every other Friday.

Online Services Available 24/7

• Report a Concern Online: Report graffiti, streetlight outages, potholes, and other issues 24/7.
• Online Permitting: Apply for a permit or schedule a building inspection through our Self Help Online Portal at www.moorparkca.gov/SHOP. Building inspections are available on our closed Fridays.

Other City Facilities Are Open on Fridays

The Moorpark City Library, Moorpark Active Adult Center, Moorpark Police Department, and Arroyo Vista Recreation Center are all open on all Fridays, except holidays.
