Complete YOUR Census survey

Fill Out Your Census Form

April 1 is Census Day throughout the nation. Census invitations have been sent!

Be sure to complete your census survey. Each person not counted results in the loss of approximately $10,000 in federal funding for our Moorpark community over the next 10 years. Census data shape the funding of services and infrastructure as well as impact health care, senior centers, jobs, political representation, roads, and schools. In addition, the statistics generated in the census can help businesses make smart decisions on where to grow and help our economy.

All information is confidential, for statistical purposes only, and no personal information can be released. The Census Bureau will never ask for your full social security number, bank account or credit card numbers, anything on behalf of a political party, money or donations.

Let’s get everyone counted once, only once, and in the right place!
