The City will advertise any unit that is currently for sale. You must apply by following the application steps 1-7 outlined in the First Time Home Buyer Program to participate in the process.
Currently, we are advertising the sale of one unit in the Program. The specific unit address will be provided to the potential buyer following the lottery. Until then, the following general information is available:

Applications and $100 fee can be submitted by mail or by placing them in a sealed envelope in the blue drop box outside the City Hall building during regular business hours. Please call (805) 517-6200 to inform staff upon dropping off applications. Do not leave applications without confirming submission with staff. Receipts will be emailed to applicants.
