The City will advertise any unit that is currently for sale. You must apply by following the application steps 1-7 outlined in the First Time Home Buyer Program to participate in the process.
Currently, we are advertising the sale of two units in the Program. (Application submission window for these units closed on April 21, 2021.) The specific unit address will be provided to the potential buyer following the lottery. Until then, the following general information is available:
Household income limits valid 2020-2021 until updated by the State HCD. Household income is calculated using all adult household members gross incomes. Household number includes all persons living in the household, including children or relatives or unrelated persons.

Do not leave applications without confirming submission with staff. Receipts will be emailed to applicants. Fees should be made in check or cashiers check, unless coordinated with staff.
