Admission:

Tickets are on sale now until 11:59 p.m. on July 2nd, so purchase tickets now!  
After this time, the only opportunity to purchase admission tickets is at the gate, see details below. Parking passes are SOLD OUT, more will NOT be sold onsite.   

Admission: Online sales are closed. 
If you did not purchase a ticket, admission is $10 per person (cash only) at the gate (infants under 1 get in free).

Park Entry:

Please have your tickets ready to scan 
(printed or on your phone)  
before approaching the entry gates.

Arroyo Vista Community Park is at 4550 Tierra Rejada Road. The main park entrance is at the corner of Tierra Rejada Road and Countrywood Drive. You may also use the pedestrian bridge at Leta Yancy Road and Villa Campesina Avenue.  PLEASE NOTE: The park will be closed to the public until 4:00 p.m. on July 3 for event preparations. Please do not attempt to enter or walk through the park before 4:00 p.m. 

Parking:

Parking at the event site requires a parking pass for $5 and must be purchased in advance.  Please note you still need admission passes for everyone in your vehicle, at the rates mentioned above.  Parking will be done sequentially starting in parking lot C and move through the lots up through the high school lots.  Parking for disabled persons is located in Parking Lot B.
For safety reasons, please be aware that no vehicle entry will be allowed after 8:30 p.m. and cars may not leave the park between 8:45 - 9:20 p.m.

If you plan to use a rideshare service, please arrange for your drop-off/ pick-up location to be at the Burchfield pedestrian bridge on Leta Yancy Road.

Parking in the surrounding neighborhoods is allowed as indicated by signs; please be mindful of the residents as you arrive and leave the event.  Do not block any driveways or hydrants, and please observe the speed limit.

Event Info:

You are welcome to bring your blankets, lawn chairs, & picnic baskets. Canopies may not be placed within 100 feet of the stage. Trash and recycle receptacles will be located throughout the park, so please make sure to do your part to keep our park beautiful!  We hope you enjoy an evening of live music, food vendors, attractions, and aerial fireworks!   

For everyone’s safety, please note that BBQ’s, alcohol, smoking, vaping, fireworks, animals/pets (except service animals for the disabled), drones, and motor homes or other oversize vehicles are NOT ALLOWED at the event.

Food courts, bounce houses, rock wall, mazes, and many other fun activities will also be at the event to be enjoyed at an additional charge!
